What I Believe
Employees want more engaging, interesting, and purposeful training. Every touchpoint that a Training Department makes with an employee is a learning opportunity and is a part of their learning experience. If companies can effectively cultivate a learning environment for their employees, their values will be engrained, new skills will be learned, knowledge transfer will occur, and productivity will increase along with revenue.
As you can see, I am passionate about creating impactful learning experiences. As an Instructional Designer, I have been able to create holistic learning strategies, develop eLearning solutions, as well as incorporate a communication plan and apply UX design principles to projects in various industries.
People think training is boring and a waste of time. I love to challenge that statement by creating a solution that meets their needs and their organization.
